HDTV is sooooo cool

05.16.05 (3:26 am)   [edit]

I recently accidentally came across HDTV. I am now so fascinated by HDTV that I decided to start a blog dedicated to it.

Buying a TV is supposed to be easy. Not so with developments in the recent past. Now you need to worry about a lot of things when buying a HDTV : Aspect Ratio, Projection Display, Resolution, Wide Screen and what not.

For starters HDTV is a relatively new standard  of transmitting video.  Unlike normal television, high definition displays crystal clear digitally encoded video.  HDTV delivers picture and sound quality that are a quantum leap above the current TV set. It's just like a movie theater was placed in your living room! Every show you watch no matter if it's the local news or a championship sports event takes on a vivid brilliance that simply has to be seen to be appreciated.
